Important points about our offering before you purchase any of our products or services:

• There are no additional charges unless additional products or services are requested, or work beyond the scope of the original product or service is requested.
• All GST is included where applicable and we will not sell without GST unless an exemption is provided.
• Copyright is NOT assigned and remains with the respective authors of all publications.  This includes diagrams and illustrations.
• By completing any transaction you AGREE to keep your purchase for personal use and not to copy or duplicate it in any form for commercial purposes or to avoid paying for additional copies.
• Payment is required in full via PayPal prior to your obtaining and activating any product or service. Major credit cards are also accepted including MasterCard and Visa.
• Once you have purchased a product or services, you are liable for the full agreed fee if any outstanding balance is owing to us under the purchase arrangement.
• No refunds are possible after you have engaged our services or accessed a product accept as provided under consumer protection legislation or unless we are unable or fail to deliver the product or service within reasonable parameters.
• Services specifically are completed within an indicative timeframe. We do not accept assignments at short notice and cannot deliver the service earlier than the indicated timeframes.
• Some of our services incorporate a collaborative process such as Executive Resume Writing. We do not guarantee a completed service within the indicative timeframes if you are unavailable or unable to contribute your part to assist us during the delivery of the service.
