Productivity Challenges
According to recent studies, two thirds of corporate strategy is never executed. There is a real gap between company strategies, divisional goals, KPI's and what executives, senior managers and teams do on a day-to-day basis. Companies spend a lot of effort and resources in developing their strategy. They work with external consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain and BCG or the leadership teams undertake a number of in-depth offsite meetings through out the year. Amazingly two thirds on this is never executed. The issue is often not on the quality of the strategy and action plan decided, it is how well these plans are turned into actions by all.
