A serial entrepreneur, author and Director, she is widely recognised and sought after for her expertise in competitive analysis, and has provided coaching, mentoring and training to executives and organizations to assist with the delivery of the highest level of knowledge and implementation of competitive strategy.
With over twenty years experience as an international specialist Babette has consulted to Australian and Global Fortune 500 companies in such industries and markets as aerospace, information technology/computers, transport, financial services, waste services, pharmaceuticals, utilities, mining and manufacturing operations, to name just a few.
In 2006 Babette was recognised for her achievements with the most prestigious U.S. award in the field of Competitive Intelligence, the SCIP Meritorious Award, Babette is the first Australian and first female international recipient to be honoured with this award.
Apart from her business endeavours, Babette has taught at Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, the Sydney Graduate School of Management, University of Western Sydney and at Bond University in the undergraduate business and MBA programs. She has also served as a Board Member of the National Australia Day Council (1997- 99) and the NSW Board of Adult and Community Education (2000–2003).
Babette has shared her knowledge of competitive business and strategic analysis by co-authoring four internationally acclaimed books on the subject.
