Learn to Coach 

Take your leadership skills to the next level, or operate your own coaching business. ARG are partnering with Ashley Coaching & Consulting to offer a range of programs that will assist you to develop leadership through coaching skills in your workplace. We have programs that target all levels of skills and needs from front-line management coaching through to implementing a coaching culture in an organisation. We also include Executive, Career and Life coaching examples.

Our coaching programs have been specifically developed for workplace professionals who want to lead businesses or organisations forward with today’s most effective coaching techniques. Flexible Learning Approach

You can complete the Certificate IV and Diploma  in Workplace and Business Coaching according to your own preferred pace. These courses have been purposefully designed to accommodate corporate and professional people - busy people who understand the demands of the workplace and the pressure of time. Accordingly, all training, course material completion and face to face activity is conducted mindful of an appropriate work/life balance.

Certificate IV in Workplace & Business Coaching

At the completion of the Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, attendees will have attained the skill sets to successfully coach not only themselves, but also individuals and teams. The Certificate IV provides attendees with the confidence and the tools to implement coaching in the workplace. 

 

Diploma of Workplace & Business Coaching

The Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching focuses on the strategic implementation of coaching culture into Organisations. It teaches the skills necessary to influence corporate and organisational change, to coach executives and successfully implement full coaching programs across organisations.

 

Accredited Coach Training

Upon completion you will achieve the nationally accredited Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching or a Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching. 
The Diploma program is also an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Therefore, you also have the opportunity to apply to the International Coach Federation to achieve coaching credentials at Associate, Professional or Master Certified Coach level.
