Offerings & Fees
All ARGroup business mentoring engagements are customised.
We spend considerable time and effort carefully matching the client to the most appropriate mentor. The mentor selected, combined with the length of engagement will dictate the fees range by comparing the executive level of the client and experience of the mentor. The fee range is between $750 and $1500 per hour.
Most business mentoring sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes and can run to several hours over an agreed recurrent frequency to fit your diary and needs.
Uniquely, ARGroup offers selected executives, who need to get on-board with some immediacy because of the impact of business issues or new role, a retreat called Sanctuary. This high-value two-day mentor / mentee engagement is deemed to be one of the most awakening experiences that clients have undertaken.
