Stacey is the founder and Director of Ashley Coaching & Consulting, a leading Executive & Career Coaching & Coach Training organisation in Australia. Stacey is passionate about leading and facilitating great change. Enabling people to be their best, to become true leaders, and create extraordinary results for themselves and their organisations.

With a passion for developing people and realising their potential, Stacey loves coaching in both individual and team settings. She is an experienced leader, facilitator, mentor and agent of change which all enrich her coaching.

Stacey began her career in the accounting and finance area, a sound foundation that has served her well. She has an outstanding track record leading and developing small and large teams across a multitude of disciplines, and has led the strategic direction and organisational design for a number of significant organisations in the telecommunications, IT and finance sectors.

During her corporate career Stacey held many significant positions including, General Manager Business Operations, General Manager Provisioning and Billing Services, General Manager Future Technology, and Change Program Manager. She has worked for leading organisations including Vodafone, Telstra and IBM. As a consequence, Stacey brings extensive business expertise and perspective to her coaching.

Her superior leadership skills have seen Stacey manage the start-up of business operations for keytelecommunications businesses in Australia and the Asia Pacific. She has also developed both business and technology strategy for a major telco organisation, as well as leading significant transformation, organisational change and business process reengineering activities. Stacey has an excellent track record in the delivery of major business programs, the development and delivery of strategic plans, and end-to-end technology; operational; financial; due diligence; and service delivery management. Throughout her business career Stacey was continually recognised for her outstanding contribution to organisational goals, and was actively sought as a coach and mentor.

While coaching, Stacey can draw on her extensive experience and expertise including strategic development, organisational design, change management, business management, organisational start-up and performance improvement, crisis management, business process reengineering, leadership, team building, mentoring, presentation and facilitation, and program management.

As a coach, Stacey has worked with a diverse range of prestige organisations, including MLC, Qantas, Hewlett Packard, Stockland, APEC, ANZ, Lion Nathan, Westpac, Veolia Water, Pfizer, Blackmores, Jetset Travel, NSW Maritime, NSW TAFE and Customs.  Stacey is also a volunteer mentor for the Skilled Migrant Program.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, a Diploma in Workplace & Business Coaching and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and an Accredited Professional Coach (APC) with Australian and New Zealand Institute of Coaching.
