
Certificate IV in Customer Contact
Managers, supervisors and team leaders are being called upon more and more in today’s workplace to lead and motivate their teams to great performance. We have chosen a set of units for our Certificate IV in Frontline Management that focuses on the much needed leadership skills for managers to enable them to grow, motivate, lead and have great conversations with their team. Combined with coaching units of competency this program is a complete tool kit for today’s manager. Participants need to complete Ten (10) units of competency, consisting of four (4) core units and six (6) elective units.

- (BSBWOR402A) Promote team effectiveness
Elective units:

- (BSBMGT403A) Implement continuous improvement
- (BSBWOR404A) Develop work priorities
- (BSBPMG510A) Manage projects (FNSICORG515B) Provide mentoring and coaching within the workplace
