ARGroup consists of over 50 leading Business Mentors who made up of former CEO’s, Senior Executives and Company Directors who have an interest in keeping fresh, involved and of assistance to others who are currently in the ‘hot seat’ as the leader, part of the leaders team / direct reports or in the line of succession within a business or a business unit. We will share our experience unreservedly toward your success and that of the business you lead.
ARGroup insists that our individual members maintain current business activity which keeps them in the flow of the highest levels of the business environment. We provide an exclusive two-day training program to embed the rigour expected from professional business-mentoring. Ideally, your business mentor should have broad useful experience and know-how, be trained in best-practice mentoring techniques and have an appreciation and respect for the technical abilities of a superior executive ‘coach’ in order to share know-how with you at a practical and pragmatic level which is goal-directed and which you can adapt and apply to your own strategic business success.
The core offer of ARGroup is professional executive business-mentoring. However over the years a number of special talents and special needs have emerged. ARGroup now include these in our suite of services to clients on an as-needed basis.
Firstly, utilising the expertise of a number of our Guild members, who are trained mediators, ARGroup business-mediators can intercede in the area of conflict resolution between members of a senior management teams. The outcome of this unique intervention is an immediate beneficial impact on the cohesion and productivity of the team and the business. Our business-mediators have been chosen by the AICD to provide services to Mediate CONNECT, the new national company director mediation service.
Other Guild members are accredited to work with clients in advisory roles that parallel and support outcomes being sought from the mentoring efforts of fellow Guild members. ARGroup has recently completed a comprehensive mentor training handbook based on our experiences, learning and practice. The Art of the Business-Mentor can now be delivered byARGroup as an in-house workshop. We will share our expertise and techniques with you to strengthen your organisation and its people. This two-day event can assist you instil a culture of high-level professional mentoring across the business.
We also recognised that for some large corporates, the tracking of mentoring relationships (it works equally well for coaching relationships also) is an administrative burden on HR, raises issues of confidentiality and trust, and makes getting a feel for a return on the investment complex. So we commissioned SOCRATES to be created – an innovative software package to securely track mentoring relationships. This on-line rentable service is now available providing structure and measurement of the investment in formal mentoring programs within your business.
