The combination of Kylie Hammond & Michael Donovan two of Australia’s top leaders in the Human Capital Management industry today, who each have a proven track record of developing, managing and growing profitable businesses.

Joint Chief Executive

Michael Donovan held the CEO position at Best Western Hotel Group during a period of global IT change for the world’s biggest accommodation chain.  He served on the international IT, QA and Marketing Board Sub-committees winning a National AFR / Telstra eCommerce Award for the Australian group.  His 20+ years in award winning international tourism and events was preceded by nearly 20 year in international arts and entertainment.  His entry to mentoring happened personally using mentors to balance his work-life and personal demands.  This culminated in his establishing the Asia-Pac arm of the global executive mentoring firm, Merryck & Co.  iMentor-Pro is a localised improved version of the proven global model for executive business-mentoring.  Michael lectures in leadership for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, facilitates board and executive group strategy while running iMentor-Pro and mentoring several of the business sectors emerging leaders.

Kylie Hammond has held senior management positions in organisations such as Cisco Systems, PeopleSoft, Deloitte & The Gartner Group. Kylie has worked for over 15 years in the Human Capital & Executive Search industry and is well known and regarded by her industry peers. Kylie is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner, Certified Executive Coach and Certified member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association. Kylie was recently featured in the Who’s Who of Australian Women inaugural and 2006, 2007 versions. Kylie is a member of the International Coaches Federation and International Association of Coaches. During the past year alone, Kylie has completed over 40 Executive Search assignments in conjunction with running an Executive Coaching practice for her most senior clients. Kylie has over 3,000 hours of practical Coaching experience; and leverages this experience when working with clients to develop Human Capital & Talent Management Solutions.
