ARGroup is the leading Mentoring and Coaching Group in the Asia Pacific region and is a result of a merger between the coaching division of Amazing Results a leading Human Capital Management business and iMentor Pro, the leading business CEO Business-Mentoring Group founded by Michael Donovan. Both companies have been the leaders in their respective field over the past decade. In 2008, ARGroup was established bringing together the largest and highest calibre Coaches and Mentors available across the Asia Pacific region.

At present, the ARGroup membership includes more than 50 current and former CEO’s and Managing Directors combined with one of the largest talent pools of Coaches available, with representatives in every capital city in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. ARGroup Coaches and Mentors are able to offer support to a range of organisations, such as:

Start-ups seeking to grow and/or seeking angel or private equity investment

Small to medium enterprises (SME’s) turning over in excess of $1 million who need assistance with strategic development, direction, and planning;

Companies requiring help with corporate strategy, the preparation for capital raising, or an IPO; and

Larger entities seeking to fast track the development of their senior executive team
We have very strict standards and each Business-Mentor or Coach who is invited to joined ARGroup have been personally selected by our joint CEO’s – Michael Donovan & Kylie Hammond. For example, our Mentors and Coaches must meet the following minimum criteria;
Business Mentors

A minimum 10 yrs (male ) and 5 yrs (female) as a national CEO or equivalent internationally

Currently engaged or just recently retired with an active and mixed business portfolio

A Business Mentor may also be suitable as Interim talent as well and Directorship talent
-
At least two client references
Executive Coaches
-
Strong preference to business or corporate background prior to entering coaching profession
-
Prefer full-time coaches, but part-time coaches of exceptional calibre may be considered

Minimum 750 hours of practical coaching experience supported by log of coaching activity

Membership to either International Coaches Federation or International Association of Coaches

Recognized formal coaching certification program
-
Require a supporting discipline in the area of HR, psych or similar by years of successful business experience

At least two client references
